Bureaucrat candidature

Hello,

I would become a bureaucrat on this Wikipedia. I'm an admin since about 6 month. I am also the operator of HerculeBot （論·獻·查）. I come every day, and I think the active users there know who I am.

Since this wiki accepts global bots the needs for bureaucrat are lower, but it's still necessary for account renaming, and I hope for future administrators nomination ;)
