1.Hercule并弗懂吳語。
- 箇一點交關明顯，無論是垃渠自家用戶頁面个babel信息，還是渠个用戶討論頁面，大家儕好看到，渠根本弗懂吳語。垃渠用戶討論頁面當中，有關“14.irc782”一條个討論當中，自家也承認并弗講吳語。一个根本弗懂吳語个人，居然長期作為wuuwiki下底唯一行政員，對於其他用戶使用吳語交上去个有關內容，根本弗能理解，此般弗作為，滑天下之大稽。
2.Hercule對wuuwiki下底交關模板个破壞活動。
- 包括'template:Expand','template:Inuse','template:Mbox','template:Namespace detect','template:Ombox','template:Ombox/core'在內，交關基礎性模板遭到渠个破壞。

- 弗曉得各位，看到箇能介一个對吳語一竅弗通个人，做出來个事體，有得何看法？無非是拿一篇文章，用各種方言寫出，刪除理由更加滑稽，抽自家耳光抽得“嘭嘭”響。
- 乃朝看到此地，還弗作數，下底還有。
- 大家好去看一看渠用戶討論頁面下底，“15.Questions regarding deletions”條：“including 张靓颖 and 澳大利亚个互联网审查制度”。困難个是，渠到底刪脫幾化條目，難以考證。
4.垃wuuwiki用法文回答普通用戶疑問，要求人家英文回答。
- 交關清爽，垃wikipedia:管理員里向就好看到。弗曉得各位同仁面對此情此景，何想？垃wuuwiki竟然畀人指牢講門外文。
5.Hercule所作所為，弄得人心惶惶。
- wikipedia講只“善意假定”，但Hercule作出个評判，“善意”何在？根本弗懂个前提下底，大肆刪除條目，阻礙wuuwiki正常發展，導致交關編輯者，抱憾於之。無妄乎“善意”兩只字。

(wuu) 一，呒没规定讲行政员一定要会讲吴语。
两，我看弗出伊破坏勒啥地方。删掉真耶稣教会/吴语台州话等文章是因为搿𡍲长久以来个规范，弗区分弗同吴语地区个方言。伊也解释了原因。假使有人认为应该区分，可以先讨论，而弗应该勒讨论之前就先自说自话弄出交关弗同地区个吴语文章。
删掉模板个原因伊也解释了，侬当然可以弗同意伊个解释，搿呒没问题，弗过讲伊是破坏就呒没道理了。侬弗同意个言话应该发起讨论，大家商量研究搿具体个问题。
三，上头大多数票侪是弗做数个，因为侪是勒搿𡍲呒没编缉经验个新用户投个票。

2, I can't see why you think User:Hercule's edits are vandalism. Deleting articles such as 真耶稣教会/吴语台州话 was because that we don't accept different Wu dialects here. If you think we should accept these articles, you should start a discussion first.
He also explained why he had deleted the templates. If you disagree, you can also start a discussion about this issue.

There is no "revocation procedure" here, and only local users can contest a local user.
This Wikipedia has an history of many years, and a recent registered user has no legitimity to invent its rules.

在吴语维基，从未制定过“投票罢免管理员必须长期编辑用户”这项规则。虽然我是新人，但请管理员不要隐瞒此项事实。而事实上，管理员作出不合常规的动作，且与大部分该语种用户在沟通上出现严重困难，我不认为这个管理员适合继续留在这个位置之上。
另，不能因为某位管理员不懂吴语，就要强制要求其他维基用户使用英语讨论。这是完全不合理的。我相信作为一名合格的维基管理员，有足够的办法可以让你自己懂得另一种语言（like find someone to translate it into english），所以，请不要无视对维基百科作出贡献的所有维基用户的意见。

There is no policy that the administrator of wuu have to speak wuu. While I don't believe those people could manage this wikipedia well, as they tolally could not understand the information here. I suppose an eligible administrator should communicate with other wuu-wikipedia editors frequently. However, it's a big problem for those people who cannot speak wuu. Further more, it is ridicuious for us to discuss such issue in English. This is wuu-wikipedia. Well, I hope Hercule could solve these problems. 现在呒没哪条规定讲吴语维基个管理员一定要会得讲吴语。但不过，我认为一个完全弗会讲吴语个人哪哼管理得好吴语维基呢？我认为一个及格个管理员应该经常搭吴语维基个编辑一道讨论，但不过，要是管理员弗会讲吴语，搿就蛮难哉。顶顶重要个是，搿搭是吴语维基，我伲侪用英语来交流像啥个样子。我希望Hercule能解决搿点问题。 --Eugene021（讨论） 2013年12月4日 (礼拜三) 14:14 (UTC)
I think Hercule had better not leave. Mainland China has a dictatorial government and it has blocked Wikipedia for many times. In case such incident happens again, there should be at least one sysop outside Mainland China.--满地红 扯老空 2013年12月31日 (礼拜两) 10:46 (UTC)
